CTI-X7® continues to be a benchmark supplier of new equipment for ceramic production and expansion by applying the CTI-X7® Ceramic Standard to improve operational and maintenance performance as to component equipment placement and replacement in the mining process.

Our exclusive ceramics manufacturing service allows CTI-X7® engineering and production managers to fast track and prototype enhanced equipment models to address immediate redesign approval to the manufacturing floor. Once customer engineering approves the design detail and agrees to the projected pricing, our ceramic and materials engineering team will manufacture and prepare for shipment in 4-6 weeks in most cases. In emergency situations, we can expedite to meet customer needs.
We provide this exclusive service to encourage an accelerated track with customer’s engineering and CTI’s engineering management team by applying the latest 3D-CAD plans to communicate the details of the particular proposal.

DESIGN AND PROTOTYPE
Ceramic Technology, Inc.'s dedicated engineering team utilizes the latest AutoCAD and Plasma Technology to deliver cost effective, ceramic lined fabrications in a responsive manner that will help improve your operational performance.
By working closely with your present production and project managers, we can form a relationship where we operate more as an extension of your team to focus on immediate priorities. In all cases, we work in lockstep with the management team's goal of improved performance.
Our sales support engineers maintain scheduled visits to discuss CTI-X7® proposals with your production and project engineers. Our focus is evaluation, detailed to plan, just in time manufacturing, and delivery typically within 3-4 weeks.
We act as your agent in new capital equipment installation as well as day to day maintenance priorities. Once we start your project through our facility, our design detailers work with fabrication and application technicians to perform inspections daily to ensure the job meets all specification to plan. We communicate project progress in detail and welcome visits from customers to inspect work as it progresses.

CTI-X7® Prototyping & Contracts Manufacturing Services
CTI-X7® continues to be one of the best contract manufacturing companies of new capital plant and expansion equipment as well as meeting the need of redesign and improved maintenance fabrications. Our engineering team is focuses on delivering cost-effective, ceramic lined fabrications in a responsive manner that will help improve your operational performance.
The CTI-X7® SAM-1 Screen redefines screen feed point technology, counter to the radius sieve bend and drop box standard of the last 50 years. The angle of discharge promotes magnetite, fines classification, water retention, and serves to balance coal circuits. The screen static velocity allows for as much as 80% recovery, classification of fines prior to spray washing and final screening on banana and horizontal screens increasing screen life, efficiency, promoting a cleaner and safer operation.
CTI-X7® Dust Cyclones
>CTI-X7® Dust/Chip/Plastics Cyclones have proven benchmark performance as to improving aggressive replacement cycles. CTI-X7® ceramic impact cyclones have operating temperatures up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Our engineering team coordinates technical assembly as to in shop bolt up confirmation to the 1/16" specification prior to shipping. We supply erection sequence drawings and can coordinate just in time delivery to meet your shut down schedule.
We highly recommend ceramic lined pans; however, 304 stainless steel or AR 400 bolt-in liners are optionally available.
CTI-X7® Impact Elbows
CTI-X7® impact elbows are designed and fabricated based on customer field conditions as to pneumatic and gravity drop on large particulate to control severe back impact such as cullet glass to mine tailings. These are custom built elbows that will extend life as much as 15 times over present life.
CTI-X7® Primary & Secondary Ash Cyclones
CTI-X7® Bottom Ash Primary and Secondary Cyclones benchmark an eight-year performance record as to segmenting and diverting oversize ash flow to storage silos. This improved design is also less prone to heat distortion which can seriously impede separation flow. Maintenance has been reduced to very little or none on most components to date.
CTI-X7® Drain & Rinse Pans
Vibratory screens, in most all cases, require drain pans to direct flows of fines and water to the required process. Normally 3/8" to 1/4" pans are fabricated as one piece units, braced and shipped to be lifted into place and set prior to the screen being set in place. The liner of choice is 1/2" ceramic tile on Drain & Rinse Screens where magnetite is being recovered; the combined abrasion-corrosion is very aggressive as to wear. By utilizing 1/2" ceramic-lined pans, you can extend life of the fabrication from 5 to 20 years.
CTI-X7® Sluices & Flumes
The progressive development of 1/2" and 1" ceramic lined flumes for raw coal feed to vibrators, especially on plant upgrades, increases production and has become the preferred option. In most cases, we see replacement cycles improved by a 15:1 ratio.
CTI-X7® Ceramic Impact Pad Assemblies
CTI-X7®'s Impact Pad System allows individual bolt-in panels to dissipate impact. The panel system is designed with panels weighing in at 70 lbs. or less to allow one to two men to change excessive high wear areas. This type of system integrates well with conveyor and chute systems that may have limited access and need for quick replacement.
